1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ShareWifi mobile application ("App") developed and operated by ShareWifi ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

ShareWifi allows users to:

• Share Wi-Fi network credentials via encrypted QR codes
• Scan QR codes to auto-connect to Wi-Fi networks
• Monitor live data usage and connection statistics
• Create and manage paid hotspot plans (where available)

3. User Responsibilities

By using ShareWifi, you agree to:

• Only share Wi-Fi networks you own or have explicit permission to share. Sharing someone else's Wi-Fi without their consent is prohibited.
• Not use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful purpose
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Not use the App to intercept, monitor, or collect data from other users' devices or networks
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, design, code, and branding within ShareWifi are the intellectual property of ShareWifi and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

5. Paid Services & Hotspot Plans

ShareWifi may offer paid hotspot features allowing users to monetize their internet connection. For paid services:

• All payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways
• Pricing is set by the hotspot provider (you) and is your responsibility
• ShareWifi may charge a platform fee or commission on paid transactions
• Refunds for paid hotspot usage are governed by our Refund Policy

6. Advertisements

The free version of ShareWifi displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. Ad content is determined by Google and we are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device's ad settings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ShareWifi is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
• That the App will be compatible with all devices or networks
• The speed, quality, or reliability of Wi-Fi connections made through the App
• The security of networks shared by other users

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShareWifi and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Unauthorized access to your Wi-Fi network through misuse of QR codes
• Any data breaches caused by connecting to untrusted networks
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits related to app usage

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the App in a manner that could harm other users or our services.

11. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services (Google AdMob, Firebase, OneSignal) that operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
