Refund Policy

ShareWifi is a free app. This refund policy applies to any paid features, premium plans, or paid hotspot services offered within the app.
1. Free App — No Purchase Required
The core ShareWifi app is free to download and use. Wi-Fi sharing via QR code, auto-connect, and basic features are available at no cost. No refund is applicable for the free version.
2. Paid Hotspot Services
If you purchase a paid hotspot plan from another ShareWifi user (hotspot provider), the following refund conditions apply:

| Used the full plan duration | No | No refund after full consumption of the purchased plan |
| Change of mind after connecting | No | Refunds are not available for change of mind after successful connection |

3. In-App Purchases (Google Play)
For any purchases made through Google Play (premium features, ad removal, etc.):
- Refunds within 48 hours of purchase can be requested directly through Google Play
- After 48 hours, contact us at info@sharewifi.in with your order details

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at info@sharewifi.in with:
- Your device model and Android version
- Transaction ID or order reference (if applicable)
- Description of the issue
- Screenshots (if possible)
5. Refund Processing
- Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
6. Hotspot Provider Refunds
If you are a hotspot provider and a refund is issued to a user who purchased your plan:
- The refund amount will be deducted from your provider earnings
- You will be notified of any refund requests related to your hotspot
- Repeated refund requests against your hotspot may result in review of your provider account
